We are new to GPM Electric.
Given a referral, we called to inquire about assistance with our apartments. On time and prepared, we met Gareth and walked him through the property. Needing new wiring installed, new lighting and additional plugs, Gareth began making notes and taking photos.
Our project was complicated with coordinating all the needs and concerns of the tenants. Gareth seemed unfazed and very understanding.
With a comprehensive, complete quote within a day, we were able to schedule our project within days! We were in the cue immediately!
Gareth came with his staff, Bayron and Geovanny, on the first day. He wanted to secure and answer any concerns and go through the entire scope of the project with both guys. We were able to double check all aspects as Gareth went through the list once again!
Bayron and Geovanny came prepared for the day, as they unloaded tools and materials with the first introduction. They were so incredibly polite, professional and just pleasant!!!!! They obviously enjoy their job, their profession and their employer!
The scope of the project had a few challenges, but each was met with expediency and accuracy. On time arrival, incredible cleanliness, and all around ease of being here, GPM Electrical is a true, real deal business. Gareth and those with whom he employs, have one commitment: integrity!
